This type of sole cleaning machine provides the function of boot cleaning and sole cleaning,which enables a much higher cleanness standard. Control procedures:
Firstly-start:
When entering from loker room, smart sense control will start the sole cleaning machine automatically;
Secondly-cleaning:
When entering at the position of hand washing, the correponding Boots barrels brush will start automatically. Hnad washing, soap supplying, drying, and boot cleaning will be finised in one step;
Thirdly-hand disinfectiing:
When hands are in the disinfecting tanks, smart sense devices will start the disinfecting procedure, and gice orders to the sprayer to spray disinfecting solutions.(for three seconds). The water absorbing brushes will brush the boot to get rid of the water on the boot surface.
It is necessary for personnels to walk to front of the disinfecting devices for both hands disinfecting before finalizing the cleaning processing, or else the three club gates will not be in green light situation
Fourth-passing thriough the passage:
Afrter hand disinfecting(three seconds ), the three club gates will automatically receives the orders to gicce green lights, and personnels should leave the cleaning platform immediately
Notes:
when in the third steps, The three club gate will be not be in green lights on cond ition that both hands are in the disinfecting tanks for hand disinfecting. Also there is only one passing through signal will be given for each time .If setting as getting out of the workshops, three club gates can be set as green light for ever
