Eurofeed Technologies was established in 1996, with the following market objectives: production, formulation, mixing and sale of premixes and other products for use in the feed, agro alimentary and feed premix industry. Moreover it does formation activities on the correct principles of animal nutrition oriented to the final consumer.

After a careful experimentation within testing plants, Eurofeed Technologies designs and builds a series of industrial plants for production of a large range of additives, from Technological Additives to Nutritional Additives, Sensory Additives, Complementary Feeds and Products for Farm Animals that are used in the zootechnical industry both in Italy and abroad.
In 2004 a new plant started production of Organic Trace Element Premix with hydrolyzed soy, while in 2006 a new machine for flavoring production was * technology was developed to obtain the best reliability with regards to the chemical-physical features of the final products.

ACIDIFIERS
Eurofeed Acidifiers are studied to give a solution to different kind of animals problems
SUINACID (dry and liquid form)
It's a blend of different kind of acidifiers with different pk. So it's possible to have a proper lower pH in the stomach and in the first part of the gut. Some of the acidifiers in Suinacid have specific bactericide properties against E.Coli spp and Salmonella spp.
Weaning piglets: it's useful to correct stomach pH at weaning, to have a better digestion of protein, to correct the feed buffer capacity, to control E.coli infection and diseases, often present in this phase.
Dosage for prevention in dry form 2-3Kg/Ton of feed (higher concentration in the first week after weaning), for treatment 4Kg/Ton of feed.
In liquid form for treatment 3 4L/Ton of *id form is better for treatment
Growing and fattening swine in these phases it's very useful to control E.coli and Salmonella spp infections.
Breeders In this category is useful to control E.coli and Salmonella spp contamination and infection for bacteria shedding limitation to prevent infection of piglets.
AVIACID (dry and liquid form)
It's a blend of different kind of acidifiers with different pk, to control pH and pathogen bacteria above all in the gut.
Chicks and broilers: it's useful to correct buffer binding capacity of feed, to improve protein digestion and to control E Coli and Salmonella spp infections.
Layers: in this category improve the assimilation of minerals that is influenced by pH and control Salmonella spp infection.
Breeders: it's useful to control Salmonella spp infections.
Dosage for prevention it's better use Aviacid in the feed, at high dosage in the first week of life of chicks, from 3 to 4kg/Ton of feed.
SHORTACID
It's Eurofeed's new product for swine, poultry and rabbits.
It contains Ester of butyric acid and other acidifiers.
Esters of butyric acid is a prompt source of energy for intestinal cells, it helps to protect intestinal cells integrity, very important in the first days of life for all animals. It can act in the gut because the ester-bond is broken by pancreatic lipase and so butyric acid can be present in the gut directly. Esters of butyric acid has not any problem of taste and smell, as a difference from butyric acid.
This product is above all for little animals of all species.
Weaning piglets, chicks, weaning rabbits: It helps animal in the first part of their life to outgo the intestinal problems due to change of alimentation and infection, often present in this period.
Dosage:
For prevention 4Kg/Ton of feed for the first 15 days for piglets and chicks then 2-4Kg/Ton of feed.
For treatment 4Kg/Ton of feed or in water (better for treatment) 3L/Ton of water.
ANTIMOULD AND ANTISALMONELLA PRODUCTS
Mouldcontrol and Salcontrol. The first one is a special product studied above all to control mould contamination in raw materials and end feed. It's a mix of active acidifiers in an effective proportion, propionic, sorbic and formic acid are very efficient in inhibiting mould * special formulation and support guarantees an excellent mixing property.
The dosage varies according to feed and raw materials humidity, if the humidity is less then 15% the dosage is 500g/1000g/Ton if the humidity is more then 15%, the dosage is 1600g/Ton or more. The choice of dry or liquid form depends on the kind of raw materials or end feed.
The second is a mix of acidifiers in a balanced quantity to control salmonella * raw materials and feed. The dosage depends on raw material or feed. Feed 2-3 kg/Ton. Meat and bone meal 5kg/Ton, Fish meal 15kg/Ton.
ANTIOXIDANTS
Antioxidants are a solution for different kind of raw materials rich of oils and fats highly susceptible of autoxidation

It's a synergic mix of BHA, Etoxyquine, Citric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, emulsifiers and other registered products.

NATURAL DIARRHEA CONTROLLER
Diarstop is made of toasted cereals and pectins. It's a full natural product. It's a good help in controlling some kind of diarrhea, such as aspecific ones, for example due to change of environmental temperatures or not balanced feed formulations, and then you can use it to improve medical diarrhea treatment above in the first part of animal life, when enteric problems are the most important ones, in all species.

In other animals it's useful a drenching 30-40 mg/Kg of body weight for two days.
CHELATED MINERALS
Eurofeed produces three kinds of different chelated trace minerals: with hydrolyzed soya, (dry form) methionine, (dry form) and glycine (dry form). The trace mineral chelates are better absorbed in the gut, because other ingredients present in the feed above all salts don't interfere with their absorption, so you can be sure that a proper amount of trace mineral is really available, and not present in faeces, it is important to avoid environmental problems and to respect law limits.
Another advantage is that in chelated forms the trace minerals haven't oxidant activity on raw materials above all on liposoluble vitamins.
Then respecting law limits, you can use extranutritional dosage for high producing animals.
The choice depends on feed formulation, with hydrolyzed soya, you have different kind of peptides' source with methionine or glycine you have a source of essential aminoacids.
The Chelated mineral with Zn, Chelpro Zn 15%, ZnMet 18%+40%, ZnGly 15%+28% are very important for immunitary system functions, fertility, skin, eggshell, hoof, integrity, because Zn is a very important cofactor of important enzymes.
The Chelated minerals with Cu, Chelpro Cu 15%, CuGly 15%+28%, CuMet 15%+40% are very important together with Zn chelated minerals and Mg chelated minerals for biosynthesis of collagen, so for an healthy skin and hoof, and epithelial integrity.
Cu and Zn good absorption can give good results also in somatic cells control.
The Chelated minerals with Mn, Chelpro Mn 15%, MnGly 15%+28, MnMet 16%+40%, together with other trace mineral chelates are very important for fertility and eggshell quality.

IMMUNOFARM
It's Eurofeed's new product for swine, poultry and rabbits.
IMMUNOFARM is a concentrate of trace elements (zinc, copper, iron, manganese) in an chelate organic form, and therefore easily assimilable by the animal body; the product also contains large quantities of aminoacids which are readily assimilated along with the trace elements, solving many problems caused by the lack of these aminoacids as a result of technopathies
Immunofarm, Technopathies, therefore, are characterized by skeletal, growth and nutrition problems;
not always, or, rather, most often these aren't caused by a lack of calcium and / or phosphorous, but by a lack
of trace elements like zinc, manganese, copper and iron.

It's a digestible high protein concentrated product, it's in part an alternative for soya and fish meal.
For all kind of animals. The dosage is up to nutritionist but we suggest not to exceed 5%.
TOXIN BINDER

It's a mix of acidifiers to control mould and salmonella contamination and different kind of HSCAS as
mycotoxins-binder. It's special support guarantees excellent mixing properties.

ENZYMES
EUROFIT 500
It is studied for monogastric animals above all for poultry. It's a Phytase based product (500 FTU/g product).
It improves phosphorus digestibility, because it can free dietary phosphorus tied to phytate and in the same time improves also the digestibility of other phytate-bond nutrients as calcium, aminoacides, trace minerals.
The dosage depends on feed *ZYME DRY
It's a mix of enzymes of microbial origin, derivate from B.subtilis and A.Oryzae * enzymes are amylase, protease, cellulase and lipase.

ERBAROMA CD 483 It's a product made with herbs, natural essence and trace minerals, for respiratory problems. It works as bactericidal and expetoranct and helps build mucosal immunity. It's effective against pathogenic bacteria, Salmonella spp, Mycoplasma spp, Clostridia spp, Camylobacter spp.

Dosage Swine 350-400g/Ton, Broilers, Layers-Growers 350g/TonMilk replacers 4kg/Ton. Cattle 35mg/Kg of body weight per animal per day, Calves 2g per day (till six months of age) Cattle 10 to 12g per day.
ERBAROMA CD 490 is a natural product against round and tape worms in all animals.
Dosage: Layers 400g/Ton for 3 days, Broilers: Growers (0-3 weeks) 400g/Ton Growers (4-8 weeks) 600g/Ton, over 8weeks 800g/Ton for 3 days.
In other animals it's useful a drenching 30-40 mg/Kg of body weight for two days.
CHELATED MINERALS
Eurofeed produces three kinds of different chelated trace minerals: with hydrolyzed soya, (dry form) methionine, (dry form) and glycine (dry form). The trace mineral chelates are better absorbed in the gut, because other ingredients present in the feed above all salts don't interfere with their absorption, so you can be sure that a proper amount of trace mineral is really available, and not present in faeces, it is important to avoid environmental problems and to respect law limits.
Another advantage is that in chelated forms the trace minerals haven't oxidant activity on raw materials above all on liposoluble vitamins.
Then respecting law limits, you can use extranutritional dosage for high producing animals.
The choice depends on feed formulation, with hydrolyzed soya, you have different kind of peptides' source with methionine or glycine you have a source of essential aminoacids.
The Chelated mineral with Zn, Chelpro Zn 15%, ZnMet 18%+40%, ZnGly 15%+28% are very important for immunitary system functions, fertility, skin, eggshell, hoof, integrity, because Zn is a very important cofactor of important enzymes.
The Chelated minerals with Cu, Chelpro Cu 15%, CuGly 15%+28%, CuMet 15%+40% are very important together with Zn chelated minerals and Mg chelated minerals for biosynthesis of collagen, so for an healthy skin and hoof, and epithelial integrity.
Cu and Zn good absorption can give good results also in somatic cells control.
The Chelated minerals with Mn, Chelpro Mn 15%, MnGly 15%+28, MnMet 16%+40%, together with other trace mineral chelates are very important for fertility and eggshell quality.

IMMUNOFARM is a concentrate of trace elements (zinc, copper, iron, manganese) in an chelate organic form, and therefore easily assimilable by the animal body; the product also contains large quantities of aminoacids which are readily assimilated along with the trace elements, solving many problems caused by the lack of these aminoacids as a result of technopathies

Unobind is a pellet binder for any kind of feed to be pelleted, it's based on locust bean and other ingredients. The dosage can change depending on feed formulation and kind of pelletting machineries.
This product gives good results also with fish and rabbits feed pelletting.

VPC and PROTECNO are the same product with different protein * first one is 65% of
protein and the second is 50% of protein.

It's a digestible high protein concentrated product, it's in part an alternative for soya and fish meal.
For all kind of animals. The dosage is up to nutritionist but we suggest not to exceed 5%.

EUROFIT 500
It is studied for monogastric animals above all for poultry. It's a Phytase based product (500 FTU/g product).
It improves phosphorus digestibility, because it can free dietary phosphorus tied to phytate and in the same time improves also the digestibility of other phytate-bond nutrients as calcium, aminoacides, trace minerals.
The dosage depends on feed *ZYME DRY
It's a mix of enzymes of microbial origin, derivate from B.subtilis and A.Oryzae * enzymes are amylase, protease, cellulase and lipase.
This product is indicated above all for little animals such as piglets and chicks, that have not jet a proper enzymatic system.
