PharmaTech is an internationally owned pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, specializing in the production of large volume Intravenous solutions for intravenous injection. The installation of the European Modular Equipment was carried out, in accordance with GMP standards (in a building complex which is one of the most advanced in the region), by IPM of France and managed by Cambridge Pharmaceuticals of London.
Production started in June 1998. Now it produces 16 different IV solutions and 5 different eye drop solutions (including volumes). The capacity of 3 million bags per annum is well in excess of the requirements of Armenia and some products are already registered and sold in Georgia, Kirghizia (Republic of Kyrgyzstan) and other neighbouring ...countries.
PharmaTech also includes highly equipped, ambient and temperature controlled warehousing system.
In addition, PharmaTech has clean room facilities for packaging of solid dosage forms and packaging under license of branded products.
The Company exclusively represents GlaxoSmithKline, Eurodrug, Schering Plough in Armenia and consignment stocks of their products are kept in their warehouse. The stock is used to service the requirements in the Caucasus region in general.
PharmaTech CJSC is system certified by ISO9002:1994 starting from November 23, 2000 by Quality Management Institute (QMI) and is GMP and ISO system certified for the design and manufacture of intravenous solutions since November 9, 2004.
