The in-coming raw materials used in production are mainly Procured from indigenous sources European countries and strictly tested by approved procedures to ensure the quality is built right at the beginning of manufacturing process.
Currently, there are 07 advanced production lines certified in comformity with WHO-GMP requirements :
1. Premix production line
2. Water soluble powder production line
3. Non-soluble powder production line
4. Oral solution production line
5. Injection production line
6. Liquid production line
7. Disinfectant production line
. Each line is exclusively used for the production of each kind of products to prevent the cross-contamination. The manufacturing processes are performed under the strict supervision of quality control department. After each production stage is completed, samples are taken for test and approval prior to transferring to following stages.
SR ENTERPRISES Laboratory meets international standards with high-tech testing equipment imported from Japan and European countries. Furthermore, all the analytical methods are validated according to ISO IEC/17025 requirements. A group of analysts and quality control chemists, who are professionally trained at universities inside and outside India, are completely qualified for testing in-coming raw materials as well as finished products.
The marketing and sales network is established by distribution channels in all parts of the country. At present, there is at least 01 agent and several retails sellers in each districts ensuring the availability of products for animal raisers and aquaculture farms. At the end of the year 1996, srenterprises products attained the title The Indian Products of High Quality given by the consumers . In addition, srenterprises products have been exported to 05 overseas consumption markets in South-East Asian countries such as Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar, Bangladesh.
